How much does a custom software project cost in Kenya?
It depends on scope, but most of our engagements start with a paid discovery sprint of one to two weeks that produces a clickable prototype and a fixed cost range for the full build. That way you get a real number before committing to a full project, and the discovery output is yours to take elsewhere if you decide not to continue with us.
How long does it take to build a web or mobile app?
A focused first version typically ships in eight to sixteen weeks. We work in two-week increments, and something is running on a real URL from the end of the first one, so you are never waiting until the end to see progress.
Do we own the source code?
Yes, entirely. Code, infrastructure accounts, domains and documentation are yours from the first commit. We hand over repository access and deployment credentials at the end of every engagement as a matter of course.
Do you work with clients outside Kenya?
We do. We are based in Nairobi and work across East Africa and remotely with clients in Europe and North America. Our working hours overlap comfortably with both EAT and European time zones.
Can you take over a project another team started?
Often, yes. We start with a short technical audit of the existing codebase and infrastructure, then give you an honest assessment of what is worth keeping, what needs rework and what it will take to get it to production.
Do you integrate M-Pesa and other local payment systems?
Regularly. We have built M-Pesa Daraja integrations, card processing and USSD flows, including the reconciliation and audit trails that finance teams need at month end.
